Everything a forecourt needs, from the ground up
A fuel station is judged by drivers in the few seconds it takes to pull in. The canopy has to look right from the road, the price sign has to read clearly at night, and the tanks below ground have to be safe for decades. We handle all of it as one package, or as individual items if your site only needs a refresh.

Petrol pump canopies built for Pakistani conditions
Our canopies are designed as engineered steel structures, not just frames for branding. Columns, trusses and purlins are sized for the span, the wind exposure of the site and the weight of fascia and lighting. Steel is cut, drilled and welded in our manufacturing facility, then primed and painted so that site work is mostly bolted assembly.
The fascia is where the brand lives. We fabricate it in aluminium composite material (ACM) or aluminium sheet on a sub-frame, with illuminated stripes and logos where the brand standard calls for them. The underside is closed with ceiling panels and fitted with LED canopy lights for safe, even lighting over the pump islands.

Monolith price signs that drivers can read from the road
The monolith, sometimes called a pylon or totem sign, is usually the first thing a driver sees. We build it on a galvanised or painted steel frame with ACM cladding, an illuminated brand panel and a price display for each product. Height, panel layout and foundation are set to suit the brand manual and the site.
At the pump islands we supply dispenser cladding and pump signage, island and canopy column covers, and directional signs such as in and out, tyre shop and car wash. Wall logos, site name boards and spreaders complete the look.

Civil, mechanical and electrical interfaces handled together
Forecourt projects stall when the civil contractor, the tank supplier and the signage company each wait for the other. Our team plans the sequence as a whole: excavation and tank pits, tank installation and backfill, pump island bases, forecourt concrete, drainage, the service block and shops, then the canopy and signage. Where you already have a civil contractor, we coordinate with them and supply only the items you need.
Piping between the tanks and dispensers, vent lines and fill points are included where they are in our agreed scope. Dispensers themselves are usually supplied by the oil company or a dispenser vendor, and we install the islands and cladding around them.
From site survey to opening day
Survey and brand brief
We visit the site, take levels and dimensions and confirm the oil company's brand standard and layout.
Drawings and quotation
Our engineers prepare layout and fabrication drawings and a priced scope with clear inclusions and exclusions.
Manufacturing Facility fabrication
Canopy steel, fascia, signage and tanks are made in parallel at our Lahore manufacturing facility and inspected before dispatch.
Site installation
Civil works, tank installation, canopy erection, signage and lighting are completed in a planned sequence.
Testing and handover
Tank and line tests, lighting checks and a final walk-through with the dealer and the oil company representative.
Fuel station work for leading brands
Over the years our fuel station work has covered sites for PSO, Total, Caltex, Attock Petroleum, Hascol and Byco, among others. Some projects were direct orders from the oil marketing company, others came through dealers who needed a complete station built to brand standard. The photographs below are from our own projects.
Petrol pump construction from approval to opening
Building a new petrol pump in Pakistan involves approvals, oil company brand standards and several trades working in sequence. We support dealers and oil marketing companies through the construction stage: we confirm the approved layout and brand drawings, build the civil works and tank pits, install the tanks and piping, erect the canopy, fit the fascia and monolith sign, and finish the pump islands and buildings. A dealer gets one contractor for the whole petrol pump instead of five.

Fuel station construction questions
How long does it take to build a new fuel station?
It depends on the size of the site and the scope. A typical new station with tanks, civil works, canopy and signage usually takes a few months from approval of drawings. A canopy and signage re-imaging of an existing station can often be done in a few weeks. We give a schedule with every quotation.
Can you work to the brand standard of a specific oil company?
Yes. We build canopies, fascia and monolith signs to the brand manual and drawings issued by the oil marketing company, and we have done this for several major brands in Pakistan.
Do you only supply signage, or the complete station?
Both. Some clients order a single monolith sign or a fascia replacement. Others give us the full station: tanks, civil works, canopy, signage and service buildings.
What capacity underground tanks do you supply for petrol pumps?
We manufacture tanks in capacities customised to project requirements, single or double skin and single or multi compartment. Common forecourt sizes are in the 20,000 to 30,000 litre range per tank.
Do you work outside Lahore?
Yes. Apex works from its head office and manufacturing facility in Lahore and has delivered projects across Pakistan, including northern areas.
How we deliver your project
One team and one point of responsibility, from the first drawing review to installation on site.
- Step 1
