Industrial Piping, Fuel Lines and Pipeline Installation
Apex Engineers fabricates and installs piping for fuel storage, fuel stations, utilities and industrial plants. Our scope covers spool fabrication in the manufacturing facility, site installation, supports and testing, as part of a wider project or as a standalone package.
We work to the client's piping specification and drawings and agree the test and documentation requirements before work starts.

Our manufacturing facility builds cylindrical shells and vessels with the same rolling and submerged arc welding equipment used for our fuel tanks. For storage and low pressure duty we design and build to the standard specified by the client.
Pressure vessels that must carry a code stamp, such as ASME U stamp equipment, need a certified manufacturer. If your project requires it, tell us at enquiry stage. We will be clear about what we can supply directly and what should be handled by a stamped shop, and we can coordinate the interface where that is part of our scope.

Welding, testing and documentation
Piping quality depends on fit up, welding and testing. Our welders work to agreed procedures, joints are inspected visually and dimensionally, and lines are pressure tested before handover. Where the specification calls for radiography or other non destructive testing, we arrange it through qualified testing agencies.
- Work to client piping specification
- Agreed welding procedures
- Hydrostatic or pneumatic testing
- NDT through qualified agencies when specified
- Test records and as built mark ups

Where this work is used
How we fabricate and install piping
- Review. We check isometrics, line lists, the piping specification and the test requirements before pricing.
- Material control. Pipe, fittings and flanges are checked against the specification and marked so they can be traced to each line.
- Spool fabrication. Spools are cut, bevelled, fitted and welded in the manufacturing facility, where quality is easier to control than on site.
- Site installation. Spools are erected on supports, field welds are completed and lines are aligned to equipment nozzles.
- Testing and handover. Lines are pressure tested, flushed where needed and handed over with test records.

Fuel, utility and plant piping
Most of our lines work supports fuel storage and fuel stations, where suction, delivery, vent and fill lines connect tanks to dispensers and generators. We also install utility piping for water, compressed air and services in factories, and pipe racks and supports for plant expansions. Larger process piping packages are reviewed case by case against our capacity and the code requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Do you install fuel station piping?
Yes. Piping between underground tanks, dispensers, vents and fill points is part of our fuel station scope when agreed with the client.
Can you fabricate pipework spools from isometric drawings?
Yes. Send the isometrics, line list and piping specification and we will price shop fabrication and, if needed, site installation.
Do you manufacture ASME stamped pressure vessels?
Please mention any code stamp requirement in your enquiry. We will confirm clearly what we can supply directly and how stamped equipment would be handled.
How we deliver your project
One team and one point of responsibility, from the first drawing review to installation on site.
- Step 1
Enquiry and engineering review
We study your drawings, specifications or site details and confirm scope, quantities and the standards that apply.
- Step 2
Design and approvals
We prepare or review shop drawings and submit them for your approval before any material is cut.
- Step 3
Planning and materials
Materials are sourced to the specified grades and fabrication is scheduled around your site programme.
- Step 4
Fabrication in our manufacturing facility
Cutting, rolling, welding, FRP moulding, blast cleaning and coating happen under one roof on Multan Road, Lahore.
- Step 5
Inspection and testing
Dimensional, weld and coating checks and pressure tests are recorded, and you are welcome to inspect before dispatch.
- Step 6
Installation and handover
Our own crews install on site with safe working practices, then hand over records and support you in operation.
Need piping fabricated or installed?
Send isometrics, line lists or a scope description and our engineers will review them.
