Our manufacturing manufacturing facility in Lahore
Our manufacturing facility at 36 Km Shamke Bhattian, Multan Road, Lahore, is where most Apex products are made. Tanks, canopy steel, PEB members, signs, towers and FRP items are cut, formed, welded, finished and inspected here before they go to site.
Having our own facility lets us control quality, keep schedules realistic and respond quickly when a client changes a requirement.
Equipment and processes
Cutting and machining
CNC profile cutting of plate, sawing of sections, drilling and machining of parts and base plates.
Rolling and welding
Automated plate rolling for tank shells and submerged arc welding inside and out for strong, consistent seams.
Roll forming
Roll forming lines for roof and wall profile sheets used on our steel buildings and canopies.
Signage production
Fabrication of canopy fascia, monolith signs, road sign plates and frames.
FRP moulding
Moulding of FRP grating, booths, panels and other fiberglass products.
Surface preparation and coating
Blast cleaning to Sa 2.5, coating application, thickness checks and holiday testing.
Checks built into every stage
Materials are identified on arrival, dimensions are checked after cutting and fit up, welds are inspected visually, and coatings are checked for thickness and holidays. Tanks are pressure tested before dispatch. Records are kept for each order and shared with the client on request. Read more on our Quality & HSE page.
