EPC only works when everyone knows exactly who does what. At enquiry stage we set out our proposed scope in writing: which design work we do, what we procure, what we fabricate, what we build on site and what remains with the client or other contractors. Exclusions are listed just as clearly as inclusions.

Enquiry and scope
We review your requirements, drawings and site, and agree the scope boundary.
Engineering
Layouts, calculations and fabrication drawings are prepared and submitted for approval.
Procurement and fabrication
Materials are bought and the main items are made in our manufacturing facility under inspection.
Construction
Civil works, erection and installation are completed by our site teams.
Testing and handover
Systems are tested and handed over with records and as built information.

Frequently asked questions
Does Apex take full EPC contracts?
Yes, for project types that match our capabilities, such as fuel stations, fuel storage, steel buildings, road safety packages and towers. For larger multi discipline plants we usually work as a package contractor under the main EPC contractor.
What information do you need to price an EPC project?
Project location, a description of the facility, any drawings or tender documents, the required completion date and the client's specifications. A site visit is usually part of the process.
Can you work on projects outside Pakistan?
Yes. We review international enquiries case by case, considering shipping, site support and local requirements.

Design and approvals
We prepare or review shop drawings and submit them for your approval before any material is cut.

Planning and materials
Materials are sourced to the specified grades and fabrication is scheduled around your site programme.

Fabrication in our manufacturing facility
Cutting, rolling, welding, FRP moulding, blast cleaning and coating happen under one roof on Multan Road, Lahore.

Inspection and testing
Dimensional, weld and coating checks and pressure tests are recorded, and you are welcome to inspect before dispatch.

Installation and handover
Our own crews install on site with safe working practices, then hand over records and support you in operation.
