Civil & Infrastructure Development

Industrial civil works and infrastructure: foundations, fuel station civil works, towers, steel bridges and site works, coordinated with our fabrication.

Civil & Infrastructure

Industrial Civil Works and Infrastructure Construction

Steel structures, tanks and signs all stand on civil works. Apex Engineers carries out the civil and infrastructure works that go with our projects, including foundations, tank pits, forecourts, floors, drainage and service buildings, so that clients deal with one contractor for the whole job.

Our civil teams work alongside our fabrication and erection crews, which keeps interfaces simple and schedules tight.

Civil works planned with the steel and equipment

Delays often start where one contractor hands over to another. When a PEB building, a tank farm or a fuel station needs foundations, our engineers design and set out the civil construction to match the steel and equipment that our manufacturing facility is making. Anchor bolts land where the base plates need them, tank pits fit the tanks, and the schedule runs as one programme.

Where a client already has a civil contractor, we provide foundation loads, anchor bolt layouts and inspection support so that their work and ours fit together.

Fuel station civil works

Civil works for fuel stations

Fuel station civil works need care because they sit around flammable products and heavy traffic. Our scope typically covers tank pit excavation, tank bedding and backfill, anchoring, pump island bases, the reinforced forecourt slab with falls to drains, oil interceptors, kerbs and the service building. Because our team also supplies the tanks and canopy, foundations and anchor positions match the equipment exactly.

Foundations

Foundations for steel buildings, towers and road furniture

Every PEB building, tower, gantry sign and street light pole needs a foundation designed for its loads. We build footings and pedestals to the structural design, set anchor bolts with templates so base plates fit first time, and grout under base plates after erection. For road projects we also build sign and lighting foundations, barrier bases and drainage works alongside the road furniture.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you take standalone civil construction contracts?

Our civil work is usually part of a wider project that includes our steel, tanks or signage. For standalone site works, send the scope and we will confirm whether it fits our capacity.

Can you build foundations for a PEB building designed by another company?

Yes, provided we receive the foundation loads and anchor bolt layout from the building supplier.

How we work

How we deliver your project

One team and one point of responsibility, from the first drawing review to installation on site.

  1. Step 1

    Enquiry and engineering review

We study your drawings, specifications or site details and confirm scope, quantities and the standards that apply.

  2. Step 2

    Design and approvals

We prepare or review shop drawings and submit them for your approval before any material is cut.

  3. Step 3

    Planning and materials

Materials are sourced to the specified grades and fabrication is scheduled around your site programme.

  4. Step 4

    Fabrication in our manufacturing facility

Cutting, rolling, welding, FRP moulding, blast cleaning and coating happen under one roof on Multan Road, Lahore.

  5. Step 5

    Inspection and testing

Dimensional, weld and coating checks and pressure tests are recorded, and you are welcome to inspect before dispatch.

  6. Step 6

    Installation and handover

Our own crews install on site with safe working practices, then hand over records and support you in operation.
